Every summer, we monitor the status of Yellow-billed Cuckoos in our Upper Verde IBA region.  Our results are submitted to Audubon Southwest using the US Fish & Wildlife licensing and protocols.

Bald Eagle 

Every January, hearty PAS members join with the Prescott National Forest to survey the number of Bald Eagles using our Prescott region. 

This Year's Results

West Willow Nature Trail

PAS has been working with Prescott City to develop a new trail and a management strategy that benefits the wildlife in the forest on the SW portion of Willow Lake. 

The area includes the "Cottonwood Peninsula" where the Great Blue Herons and the Double-crested Cormorants nest.
